Johnathan Vigil is a San Francisco Realtor® with Vantage Realty, helping first-time home buyers, condominium buyers, and sellers navigate one of the country’s most unique and competitive real estate markets. Based in Lower Nob Hill, Johnathan works with clients throughout San Francisco. He has a particular affinity for the Mission, Castro, Noe Valley, and Pacific Heights—neighborhoods known for their distinctive architecture, energy, and sense of community.

Johnathan moved to San Francisco from Colorado in 2010, determined to build a meaningful life in the city he now proudly calls home. Over the years, he has come to know San Francisco one neighborhood, Muni stop, coffee shop, restaurant, and conversation at a time. That lived experience gives him a personal understanding of what makes each part of the city special. He helps clients consider both the property itself and the lifestyle, community, and sense of belonging that come with choosing a home in San Francisco.

Alongside his real estate career, Johnathan Vigil is an Alaska Airlines flight attendant based in San Francisco, with an aviation career that began in 2011 at Virgin America. His experience in aviation and luxury hospitality has shaped his approach to real estate: calm communication, attentive service, organization, discretion, and care. Whether you first met Johnathan on a flight or at an open house, he brings that same personal attention to helping you find your place in San Francisco. His goal is to make clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the buying or selling process.

Johnathan is especially passionate about helping first-time buyers understand the San Francisco home-buying process. Outside of real estate and flying, Johnathan enjoys working out at Equinox, discovering San Francisco restaurants and coffee shops, and spending time with his husband, Joey, and their French bulldog. Fitness is a favorite part of his daily routine, while exploring the city keeps him connected to the neighborhoods and local businesses that make San Francisco feel like home.
