Born and raised in Oakland, Claudia developed discipline and focus early as a member of the Junior U.S. National Karate Team, traveling throughout South America during her formative years. Later moves to New England and extended solo travel across Asia deepened her understanding of how different cultures define home. While her curiosity took her far from the Bay Area, it ultimately reinforced her appreciation for the place that raised her.
Claudia brings that same perspective and preparation to real estate. She understands that buying or selling a home is both a financial and personal decision, and she approaches each client relationship with care, clarity, and attention to detail.
She holds a B.A. in Communication with highest honors and a minor in Professional Writing with a multimedia emphasis, a background that informs her ability to explain complex information clearly and tailor guidance to each client’s needs. While at UC Santa Barbara, Claudia also served as a Peer Advisor and Vice Chair of her financial literacy organization, managing over $200,000 annually in student grant funding, helping individuals navigate financial resources and develop confidence around long-term decision-making.
After returning to Oakland, Claudia worked closely with the Chinatown community on development and beautification initiatives, supporting neighborhood recovery after 2020 and fostering partnerships between local AAPI artists and small businesses. That work strengthened her commitment to serving communities with intention and respect.
Today, Claudia brings a thoughtful, well-prepared approach to real estate, helping clients make informed decisions while honoring the neighborhoods and communities that make the Bay Area feel like home.
Vantage clients have enjoyed remarkable success when buying and selling San Francisco homes, condos, multi-unit properties and investments.
