About KATHLEEN DIGRANDE

Kathleen DiGrande is the Co-Founder, Director of Team Operations and Listing Manager at Vantage Realty in San Francisco. Located in the popular Cow Hollow neighborhood, the Vantage team is not only known for representing some of the finest homes in the City, but has also become a gathering place for locals who care about their community. 

Kathleen is a native Californian and graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in History. She brings over 20 years of marketing and real estate experience to her work, and is known for her thoughtful communication, attention to detail, and warm, professional presence. She oversees all aspects of preparing homes for market, guiding clients through smooth, successful transactions. Her background in interior staging enhances property presentation, and she is a trusted liaison throughout the buying and selling process. 

Kathleen raised two children in San Francisco who are now thriving in their own careers.
