About SILVIA ZENG

I was born and raised in San Francisco - yes, I’m a native! I have been blessed with the opportunity to explore and live in many cities around the world including Boston and Sydney, but no place ever felt quite right. Tony Bennett said it best - “I left my heart in San Francisco.” So in 2014, l finally found my way back to the City and have called it home ever since.

My previous careers include social work, human resources, and business management. How does that help my clients?

• I’m equipped to handle high pressure situations while remaining calm.
• I actively practice compassionate listening and asking thoughtful questions to help clients gain clarity on their priorities.
• I am obsess over every aspect involved in buying and selling property - from savvy negotiations, to relentless problem solving, and the hundreds of other small but significant details in the process - all to ease the inevitable burden on our clients.

Real estate is in my blood. I was inspired by my father’s entrepreneurial spirit as a contractor and investor, seeing him build his business from the ground up through relentless hard work, integrity, and excellent customer service. I have access to vetted service providers who can provide much needed insight into the complexities of tackling home improvements, getting permits and plans for renovations, and how best showcase a home for sale while being cognizant of timelines and budgets.

Having proudly trained under and worked alongside Pete Brannigan, a San Francisco legend in real estate, I helped the team close over $150 million in real estate deals in just 5 years. When I come to work everyday, I proudly continue Pete's legacy through ethical dealings. We consistently rank in the top 10% of agents in San Francisco each year.

In a city where properties are just as complex as its people, I am always prepared to arm clients with knowledge, negotiate on their behalf, and put my client’s interest first.
